These terms describe, in general terms, the SySauron managed IT and cybersecurity service. The specific terms for each client (scope, price, service levels, data processing) are set out in the contract and the data processing agreement (DPA) signed before the service begins.
It is an informational analysis with no obligation attached. It is not a certified audit and it does not guarantee that every existing risk will be found. Its only purpose is to give you a clear picture of the state of your IT.
SySauron uses AI models as a tool. Every sensitive or irreversible action on a client’s systems requires human approval, is logged, and is reversible on the agreed terms. The client retains final control.
Today the service covers Windowsmachines; support for other systems is stated honestly before you sign. Specific service levels are set out in the contract.
These terms and the client relationship are governed by Spanish law.
